Our thesis
The ecosystem layer was the missing piece.
The region already had the ingredients — capital, talent, ambitious insurtechs, large incumbent carriers, supportive regulators. What it didn't have was a connective layer that turned mandates into pilots, capital into commitments, and regulators into pathways.
MENA InsureLab was founded by Aicha to be that layer. We don't replace any part of the ecosystem — we operate between them, translating, sequencing, and underwriting the work that gets cross-stakeholder outcomes done.
